I stopped by this boost mobile store because my phone broke, so i needed a new phone with my same phone number, the staff is very helpful and looked into my account, Luckily I had an Upgrade Discount, and was able to upgrade to a new phone, Better yet the staff was able to retrieve all my contacts, pictures and videos i had in my old phone. I had forgotten my password but the rep was able to reset it for me. With a Set-up fee of $25 i was a little hesitant, but after everything was setup i was extremely happy i paid for it as i got all my apps and games back too! Also got a really good case and tempered glass a little pricey but great quality is there, ask for a Deal, my tip! ud83dude09 Thank you guys!!!

Domingo helped me with my phone he is the only person that would help me when i really needed it he really deserves to be higher up i think he should be boost president thank you have a great day

This is the 4th time ive been to this store and i keep getting great customer service with a great value!! Thats rare for me so im very happy and today a young man named domingo was super helpful.

I stopped by today around 2pm to see if someone was able to help me find out why my phone wasn't working properly so I spoke with the guy that was there working and he said that the reason why my phone was not working properly was cuz I needed a new sim card so me not knowing I said ok but after he tried switching it he said my phone was not compatible with the new sim card he tried putting in so after that my phone got disconnected I had no service. I asked him if he was able to fix my phone back to my plan how I had it and his response was that I only had two choices either pay the phone bill to get it back working again after I just paid my bill a couple days ago or get a new phone. I'm not sure if he new what he was doing or what but I had left the store upset with no service on my phone cuz I new something was just not right. I decided to go to the boost store on main st instead to see if someone was able to help me fix the problem. I explained the person what happened after I got there and he couldn't believe it. He apologized and quickly solve my problem and I didn't have to pay anything at all. I had the worst customer service ever at the location on broad st. I will never go back there again.
