I brought 2 vintage bags in for cleaning and repair. They were both well worn, but Mr. Fazio said he'd be able to make them look good again. He cautioned it might take him a few weeks to get to the job, as he was backed up a bit. The price he quoted was more than reaaonable. 5 weeks later and the bags look absolutely stunning. Good work takes time, and he does much of his work on 2 old Singer sewing machines, one from 1912, and another from the 40's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop.
Disappointed, I left the store crying.nI wanted new soles to protect my boots from being worn out since they're very important to me emotionally. I explained so to Fazio. I asked him to please take good care of them and be careful since they are very important to me.nI also asked him for advice, if he thought that they need to be cleaned and he said no, he said that they were perfect. Because they really were. I've been taking very good care of them.nnI was confident on leaving the boots there since the reviews were good...nnWell, my surprise when I get there and the sole is barely sticking to the boots, (see pictures) and the boots are full of black spots, I assume it's glue or something because is hard and doesn't go away.nThe most disappointed thing is that when I notice this and told him, he was saying that the stains were already there when I brought the boots in, and that I couldn't deal with. He ruin my boots and then call me a lier. It's just too much.nnIf you really care about your shoes, I definitely recommend to find another place.nnIf you want a mediocre dirty job done on your shoes, this is your place!
Brought him my torn luggage and he fixed it up really well. Good price too.
He is the sweetest and his work is quality work and fast service
Just been there today and they are such sweet people. They gave me ideas on what we need to do for my daughters shoe and they are very helpful. Thank you for your excellent customer service
