This is absolutely the worst place to go and have anything done especially a physical. These nurses are so disrespectful and they don’t listen to anything that you’re telling them. I was better off going to my own doctor but I had to come to this place. So your best bet is to go to another medical facility if you can help it.And the only reason they got one star is because I had to give them one star to post this.nnFYI to this facility, I was recently seen there 2x. My post is correct about you and is not far off from the other bad posts written about you as well. No need for me to verify- I was was there.nnThank you.

If i could, I would give zero stars. If you can go somewhere else, you are better off. They are incompetent and rude. I was told a different time frame for my test results every time i called. At first it was 3-4 days, then when i called it was up to 10 business days. I called again today, and it was up to 2 weeks. Try again, because its been over 3 weeks. Ive had the same test done twice in the past and had results within DAYS. At this point, I have no choice but to repeat this entire process at a facility with just an ounce of competency. If you go here, expect redundancy. You also have to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times because they listen to your issue, put you on hold, and then wait for someone else to pick it up so you have to start all over getting the information you need. They do not care.

Worst customer service ever !! I got a bill from a doctor visit but that’s not a doctor even it’s an APRN,nI went to ask about the bill and the customer service was very rude and they don’t even mind me, very unprofessional front desk employee. Better run away from them.nn**REPLY TO OWNER - (“There is no option for replying so I am replying by editing my comment”)nHello?? You better read my comment one more time.. I never complaint about the bills you charge.. I only said your customer service was rude and what the hell are you replying for my comment ??!!!nnEven though from your reply (below) it’s clearly understood how Rude are you to the customer!!

The staff at this facility was nice, the visit was fast and easy. The reason for the terrible review is their shady billing practices.nnI called the office ahead of time and confirmed that they accepted my insurance company. They confirmed. Upon arrival at the facility I completed all of the initial paperwork, including providing my insurance information. Right before going in the back for the procedure, they told me I had to pay for the entire visit upfront. For my insurance company, I have never done this before. I complied. I called the urgent care's billing department the following day to discuss, they never answered and did not return my voicemail.nnAs per my insurance company policy, I had to submit a claim to get reimbursed. The insurance company's allowed price was lower than their charged price, I now had to eat the difference. It is required by agreement with my insurance company that the urgent care was supposed to submit all claims on my behalf and bill me after if required. It is my opinion that this facility is making patients pre-pay in good faith knowing that they are charging more than the allowed price so they can make extra money, rather than going through the insurance company.

I am disgusted by the practices of this facility. I went in for a Covid test on Friday. I called today to ask about my results and they told me they do not receive the results and I have to call the lab Genesis Laboratory in NJ. I called the lab which is supposedly open 24 hours a day and they do not actually have a phone line where you can speak to someone and their inbox is full. People are depending on you to provide them their Covid results and you are letting them down which is not only dangerous but I am not even sure it is legal. My next call is to the Department of Health to let them know you are testing people with no intention of ever giving results. What is the point of getting tested to see if you have an infectious disease if you never get the results? In addition, I called to express my frustration that I am unable to get my result. I read the number to them that they provided the first time for Genesis lab which is correct (732) 389-15XX. They said I am having issues because that is the wrong number and it is (732) 289-15XX which appears to be a cell phone. This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to and I have lived all around the world.
