Very poor customer service and they feel to support the veterans at my school. The turn around for an email or phone call placed is about 3 to 4 weeks. I have been waiting to be reimbursed for over 6 months! They need to have new management in place that will hold poor counselors accountable!

I have had nothing but trouble with this program since I started. It is supposed to help vets like myself to become functioning members of society while making accommodations for our disabilities but this has done nothing but make mine worse. I have had little to no help from my counselors and have never been given the full scope of what these benefits entail. Very sad that disabled vets are struggling to get the help they need.

The worst service ever provide to me since I’ve been with program. This program needs to be revamped by the higher ups and relieve from all duties who ever is running the office. The behavior of the counselors is something that should be looked at by OIG.nThere is to many issues and complaints from many vets. There is a lack of consistency in the program. If it’s a Federal government sponsored and funded program, why should there be any inconsistency? Every vet participant should be receiving the same services and benefits it offers.nMany counselors will lie to us and have their directos back them up. It’s a damn shame what we vets continue to go through with Chapter 31.nnThis program should be investigated by OIG. I’m certain they would find a whole lot of dirt swept under the carpet. The directors of this program should be the 1st ones to be relieved from all duties and terminated from their position if found they have concealed any inappropriate behavior from his or her counselors. Let’s talk about numbers. How vets have really succeeded from this program? Are the numbers fixed on the reports the counselors submit? What do they write about us in their reports? How many vets really get the maximum benefits of what Chapter 31 offers? Are these counselors being completely transparent? I believe their not being transparent at all. Their behavior is tolerated by their directors where it causes ones conditions to worsen and not do so well in the clases where they would want to terminate ones services and close the case by blaming the vet and say we’re not committed to succeed.nnI strongly feel it should be investigated by OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL outside the VA.

I was referred to Vocational Rehab by the Dept of VA Education. I've been trying for over a month to get in touch with someone via phone calls to the various extensions and emails sent. I have yet to be in contact with anyone.
