People's bank in general isnt good. Always trying to find a way to take your money. The 1800 number for customer service was very unhelpful.
Just went to withdraw money I've been a customer for 25 years The woman behind the counter said we're taking people by appointment only and would not service me even though there was no one at all there
Is the worst decision People’s made by putting my bank in the Stop & Shop. No easy access to go in and the wait line. No privacy. No drive up easy access to the ATM for transactions and no drive in window. I am so disappointed and miss the staff, who are now in difficult places to help and they knew all of our names. Very upsetting.
