This branch is terrible, I’ve been here twice to try and remove a signer on a business account (a business that I solely own). The signer recently passed away. I was originally told over the phone a death certificate would be enough, then when I went they told me I would need annual SOTS filings proving I’m the sole owner. The 2nd time I went with the SOTS filing, they told me they needed a signed letterhead and meeting minutes (me meeting with myself of course). So now I’ve called once and been there twice, both times waiting in line 30-40 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other branch if you need to do anything more complicated than making a deposit/withdrawal!
Had a pleasant experience today going thru the drive through. Teller was very nice and smiling. Transaction was smooth and quick. There is also a separate drive up atm if you would not like to use the teller window. Otherwise, a solid Webster bank. Easy to access location on the Berlin turnpike.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about bank products Listens and recommends appropriate product. Definitely a friendly bank, best I ever dealt with.
Robbed me for a 107 in fees and didn't care. Closed the account out. Never going back
So apparently you can't send a bank wire to a corporation and any invoice send through an e-mail is a scam. Even if it's from a company in south windsor.
