This is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I had issues with Liberty Bank, Peoples Bank, and another bank that closed last year. The 3 of them treated me like a criminal when a customer of mine bounced a check to us. Santander Bank always treats me and my business, like royalty. If a problem arises, they work with you to fix it, rather than boot you out the door, like most others, so long as you are a responsible person. If you are a criminal, no bank should work with you.
First time there to cash a check drawn by an account holder who I sold a car to.nl walked up to a gentleman teller who was very cordial and helpful.nHe suggested the checking account promotion while checking my ID etc for the check cashing and I took the information with me to review at home. Here's the turnoff, I was informed of a six dollar charge by the 2nd teller , a miss Ruiz for the cashing service .The gentleman teller suggested teller number two, wave the charge, that was received with obvious negative atidute and body language by miss Ruiz that showed how anoyed she was.nI will not do any business with a bank that has atidute issue employees or charges you to give you money owed to you by their account holders.
