Only 1 star because there's no option for a zero. Hours say 9 am open time, but the drive-thru is rarely, if ever, open at that time. Theyn to call the branch, you get a 1-800 number with a dozen prompts that NEVER get you directly to the branch. Terrible, terrible service all around.
10 minutes on the phone,finally reach Texas! And they can't give me the phone # for a branch that I can see out my window!....waste of my time!....but I should expect that from a bank that gives accounts to illegals!
It is ok. I like the fact they have a guard in the front all day.
