I got few phones from here. They hooked me up with awesome deals and bunch of free accessories with it. I would defiantly go there and recommend others if they want to buy phones. You guys rock!!

I purchased the new SIM card for the advanced network and they refused to set it up in my phone. They said they did not know how to do it and they claimed they were unsuccessful with other customers with the upgrade. It is important to understand the products you sell and they sell only boost mobile phones. It is their responsibility to find the solution. I called boost mobile and they sold me the wrong card so they gave me the older SIM cards which is a ⅓ of the price I spent and I noticed when I went home that it is the same card i have on my phone. I've been with Boost Mobile for 10 yrs and I had problems with the previous owner. Best Buy who sells phones from all companies gives better service and understands all the products they sell.

Nafisa is the best! A fantastic customer service experience at the boost mobile store in Machester, Connecticut. Every once in awhile, you run into someone who takes their job seriously to such an extent that it impresses on a level that motivates you to leave some glowing positive feedback. Nafisa is absolutely one of those people! I got my Motorola E activated and the service works well. The $10 a month plan for unlimited talking and texting and 1 gigabyte of data is an exquisite value. Boost mobile is actually the only carrier that offers such cheap unlimited talking and texting, every other carrier is more expensive than $10 a month if you want unlimited talking and texting.
