Very helpful staff. I actually called inquiring about a pair of shoes sole by a competitor. Not only did they have the shoes they were less expensive. Upon arrival I was greeted, stated I was the guy that called about the shoes, the girl had them behind the counter in case I actually showed up. The store is clean, the staff are very helpful and the shoes are comfortable.
Clark's shoes are really great. Very comfortable and long lasting. I have bought 5 pairs over the years from them. The only caveat is that Amazon sells them generally 30 to 40% cheaper than the stores so worth only if you have a discount on.
I came here for the first and last time. I was completely ignored, both sales associates were too busy behind the register talking. I would never return.
My husband went to buy some shoes there. The clerk was alone at the store. She brought the shoes in the wrong sizes and was complaining that she had to get them shoes and that she wasnt supposed to be working at this time. She yelled at my husband and his friend and kicked them out of the store. The store does not close for another hour and she closed the store to them and another customer.
Easy parking. Well laid out store. Welcome shopping experience.
