Need to work on having better customer service upfront at the register. That includes having a good attitude (especially in these times because people are dealing with enough this year), not being lazy and careless, (just quickly ringing someone up without checking if you overcharged them, or being lazy about helping and/or answering their questions), and lastly having a good attitude goes a long way!

Having just moved from Indianapolis, I was used to DSW stores being clean and neat, well-lighted, well stocked, with a large and open feeling. Unfortunately, this location was none of those. The day I visited, there was debris all over the floors, the building was dim and felt cramped, and the stock was disorganized. I'm going to miss going to DSW.
Today I was happy to go buy some shoes with my Birthday coupon. My Birthday is the end of the month. Today is Aug 1. I was told I could not get my $5.00 off because my coupon expired yesterday. REALLY. My birthday was 2 days ago! I am going to spend $200.00 in your store and you can't give me the $5.00 off. Your customer service SUCKS!
