Sarah is absolutely amazing! I haven't even become an actual paying client yet, but she treated me like I've am! She really takes the time to listen and address every question you have. She'll give as much knowledge and information as she can and thoroughly answer your questions and provide wonderful training advice! She really took the time to help me out tremendously! She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. My one interaction with Sarah was SO outstanding that I will absolutely be a client for life with them! I am so happy with my experience at the Mellow Mutt!! Hannah has fully groomed my two dogs twice now (plus once for nail trims) & she does an excellent job!! My one dog is a 16 year old shih tzu who hates having her face trimmed. She's always been a sweetheart, but once her eye sight started to go, she became more feisty with groomers & vets. Hannah is doing something right because today I was shocked when I saw my girl!! Her face is completely clean & trimmed along with the rest of her body. I am so happy I had to come give a five star review. Highly recommend the Mellow Mutt!!
We have recently switched groomers to Mellow Mutt and we are not disappointed! From the start, they were super professional and treated us like we were a long time customer. Especially during COVID the staff is all wearing masks and following protocols. Extremely happy with the service and we will keep going back!
The workers here are some of the most friendly, kind people I've met! Wonderful place to take your pup for any sort of treatment!
I was nervous at first leaving my medium size dog anywhere as she was just 7 months old. She was shy at first but loves the staff and they love her. Every dog that walks is greeted like a long lost friend. Im sonhappy that I found this place.
