I am having a medical procedure but must have covid test 4 days prior or it will be cancelled. I received a call from Hartford Healthcare a week In advance to schedule but there sites didn't work for me because it needed to be done on a day I was working. The doctor had told me I could have it done at ECHN but gave me the phone number in case I didn't hear from them. The test had to be done on Monday, my procedure on Thursday. I called my doctor's office the week before to confirm ECHN would be calling since I had gotten the call from Hartford 4 days earlier. I was told yes they would call but probably not until the day it was to be done. The day it was due was a work day for me and I don't keep my cell phone with me while I am working so I called the lab at 8:45 on Friday morning, I call again around 2 pm. I was getting anxious so I drove 30 minutes over to there lab to get an appointment. I was extremely upset when I got there and I let the staff know. I was very rude, I was mad. The of the 3 staff there, one woman was working and said nothing, the woman who was scheduling just took my rudeness and worked on scheduling an appointment. The only man there, Corey told me I was rude while he was on his cell phone and told me he had worked very hard and was taking a well deserved break, even though the 2 women were still working. I told him I also work in health care and knew it was busy and his reply was 'good for you, you are being rude and we don't deserve it.'. I told him I would be calling the director of lab services and he said good. I had been at ECHN women's center for wellness earlier that day and had such incredible compassionate professional care it was hard to believe I was dealing with the same organization. I was mad and rude when I went to the lab but Corey was an example of the worst customer service possible. When I go to my doctor I will encourage them to work with Quest.

exquisite medical care.whatever the ailment or injury they have it covered.with care and with a good mental disposition that goes along with the treatment.in 10 years i have had only 1 bad visit.i highly recommend manchester memorial

I would like to give nagative 10 stars too, They mess up my bill, I am not support to pay for the bill. It belong to corp care since it a work relate. No they put me under collection.... They have no brain?nnedit: all they give me some antibiotic, and let me sit for 2 hour then releasee. The next thing I see is thousand dollar bill, unbeliveble.
