I received a call from owner Josh. He was very apologetic telling my order was lost. Promised refund, asked where to send refund. Been weeks and still no refund. Lots of smoke & mirrors with them. I've tried to contact Josh to see where refund is and have been ignored.nI wouldn't recommend doing business with themnnApril 12, 2016 I was in Hartford on business and there was a local TV show profiling this company. I immediately visited that afternoon, was fitted for shoes and told approx 6 weeks. It's been 6 months, several phone calls and no shoes. They have stolen my $167.00 deposit. I have tried to get my deposit back through American Express but they have not been helpful. Do not do business with these people. They are a scam. The
My wife bought me a $500 Gift Certificate from them in December, 2015. Despite measuring my foot for shoes, none were ever produced, notwithstanding numerous promises. A year later, a refund was finally demanded and agreed, but that also never came. She finally sued them in small claims court and received a judgment on July 12, 2017 and, of course, that has not been paid.
