Put the billing number for the medical group online on your website. The link just brings you to the hospital billing or my chart. An hour wait to get through to adult medicine and then your receptionists loudly repeat back your information or the reason for your visit in a office full of strangers. Billing takes 4 hours to call you back.

The doctors are decent. The staff is not. Don't expect to hear back from them promptly if you're trying to schedule an appointment or get information.nnOne time, I had a basic question about a prescription that only they could answer. I tried to reach them on the phone multiple times, and had to leave a message every time. They never called me back.nnAfter a few days, I ran out of time, and had to literally visit the office in person, just to ask them my question. Yep - I had to convince my boss to let me off work an hour early, drive across town, and stand in line for fifteen minutes, just to ask the staff a question that would have taken five minutes over the phone. ... seriously? Who has time for that?nnEither these people are grossly understaffed, or they have no respect for their patients' time and sanity. Either way, I suggest that you avoid them until they get their stuff together.

Wolcott, CT office....While I am satisified with the medical attention I received, TRYING to pay my bill was an altogether different experience. One would think I was trying to get money from them rather than giving them my money. 3 of the 4 payment options were an EPIC FAIL. Very unprofessional.

This review is based on my experience only with Trinity Health of New England. DO NOT do business with them!!! They may be able to accommodate you medically, but when it comes to billing, they are the worst!!! They will send you a bill constantly without skipping a beat, which is to be expected, however, in my case, I overpaid and was due a refund check that was promised to be sent back months ago. I’ve called at least six times regarding the issue and was given the “run around” every time I called. After hours of being on hold, and several attempts of waiting for an answer, and no return phone calls, I got fed up and decided to write a review. Also, if you want to save a lot of headaches, I would highly suggest taking my business elsewhere!!

Family member was admitted for stroke. Care was great, discharged to rehab. Now doing well.
