I have been banking in West Hartford for years and the one constant seems to be the team of Elizabeth (manager) and Barbara. From what I have observed they treat every customers as a VIP client, act in the best interest of the client and go above and beyond at every opportunity. They are a pleasure to work with, but more importantly, I trust what they say.
This is the best branch of Key bank by far. They are always friendly, helpful, and know what they are doing.
Everyone at the branch was so helpful especially The Branch manager Elizabeth Horyn. She really knows how to find the best solution for your needs.nI left another bank in West Hartford and came here because she was able to show great value at Key bank.

Antonio and Elizabeth are simply professional and curtious Bankers, who understand the needs of their customers. They are always smiling and eager to get any issues resolved quickly. In a world where banks treat you like a number, charge you immense fees, and give unfriendly service, this branch is winning at the game. I highly HIGHLY recommend switching. Seriously.
