The service is not that great. People are very impersonal and I am yet to see someone smile in that office. Had issues cashing a check in the past and requesting debit card replacement (was sent to do it online myself because the manager had no one available at that time to do it. I just don't get it why she was not able to do it herself). Called another day and asked about the % rate on my account and was sent to online banking again.
I always get lots of help from them. Very kind and helpful. Happy to share my experience with you.. thank you so much to take care us everytime with welcoming smile. Thank you.
Best service whether you visit a branch for information or use their telephone service Im always satisfied by exemplary qualitu service!
I attempted to cash checks on two occasions which they gave me a very difficult time about. So I went to different area branches both times and conducted my business with no issue. I will not open a BOA account again after I've already experienced their many fees & charges years ago. Truly a corporate bank for municipal or government accts.
Worst bank ever!!!! There is never enough staff!!!!
