Fast, efficient and friendly service!
I had an excellent experience with this store storing boxes there over the summer. The owner personally took time out of his schedule to deliver my boxes back to me at my dorm room late in the evening to suit my needs.nnTheir services were also extremely convenient and accommodating. They picked up and delivered the boxes directly at my school, returned them perfectly on time, and their communication were awesome. Would recommend.
Had a great experience in here the other day. They let me print a couple pages, and taped up my box at no extra charge. The guy and girl working we're both happy to help.nnVery seamless experience. Thanks!!
Great customer service at this location!
I recently visited the store to purchase a box as I was planning on shipping a few items. The shipping cost was very expensive so I purchase a box and left and went across the street to local post office. When I came out of the post office the owner of the UPS store is waiting for me and started yelling at me telling me to never return to a store! I paid for the box so I’m not sure why he had the nerve to to wait for me just to tell me never to come back. When I was at the UPS they also tried to charge me for tape! Really?nnI would avoid this store at all cost!
