Excellent Service! I had a few questions about a pair of Van shoes for my daughter and the young woman was informed on the styles and sizes. I wish I looked at her name tag because she deserves recognition for the great experience I had at this location. She also, looked up the shoes and the size to see if other locations had the size I was looking for! Thank You!
This DSW is the worst location that I have visited across multiple states. Selection is poor, staff is sparse, and the store is an absolute pigsty. It looks as if they haven't vacuumed in there in weeks, which makes me wonder now, during times of covid, if they are cleaning anything at all! I visited yesterday to pick up an online order and there was trash everywhere. I gave them 2 stars because the one staff member I did interact with was very nice.
Close to home. Very helpful and friendly associates. Marlena was very pleasant during my visit.

They have a decent selection. I always feel the registers are understaffed and it takes way to long to check out.
