Just wanted to let everyone know how helpful Shaun was at the WestFarms Mall today. I had purchased the wrong size boots and he did an awesome job in assisting and finding the perfect solution when I returned them. He was professional, and very attentive even though the store was busy. His willingness to provide excellent customer service is such an asset to the Walking Company! I will definitely be buying more shoes here!

Sean was incredible! He was personable, relatable and just amazing! I’d give him 100 stars if I could. I usually am never happy with my shoe purchase and he went above and beyond for me. I purchased a pair of good, quality Abeo shoes here. They are very comfortable. I found the sales person to be very helpful. She laced them with some sort of a fancy runner's technique that I really love.nThe price of these shoes definitely reflected a mall store, but then again, I have had these shoes for a couple years now, so you get what you pay for.nI recently replaced the shoes with another pair that is the same as the old ones. I wanted to go to the store to get them, but they have been closed due to the whole Covid-19 pandemic thing, so I had to order them online.nI liked the in store experience better, because the woman that helped me last time performed some magic adjustments and made comfortable shoes even more comfortable...

The staff were very kind and helpful. I tend to struggle with decisions but Mary and Sean seemed honest with their input on a shoe that best suited my style and needed comfort. I am pleased with my decision to buy the Tate Neutral Milled Kappa short boot in black by Dansko.nnJen has helped me in the past to find a shoe that best suited my flat feet and occasional ankle pain.nnThe prices may be high but my shoes still feel supportive and comfortable after over. Thank you Walking Company!
