This store is very busy, parking lot always packed HOWEVER they NEVER have enough cashiers; We should no to wait 15 minutes in line on a regular basis to purchase items. They used to regularly have at least 3 cashiers up front but not more - one or two at best. Managers are too cheap to staff front end properly and this is a total disrespect to who is most important to your store - YOUR CUSTOMERS !! It is common now to wait all the way down the textiles aisle for your turn for a cashier. You built your customer base - now staff appropriately. This is no way to run a store. You charge up to $12 for a used designer top. For goodness sake - staff your cashier station - you can afford it !!

After donating tons of things over the last year I decided to check out the inside. What a nice and clean store. While some prices were high I felt the store offered a good variety and was super clean. All customers had masks on and the staff was super friendly. Even got a senior discount after pleading with them that I was really a senior citizen.

This is my favorite Goodwill location in CT! I've always had a positive experience at this store. I feel almost everything is priced fairly. The store itself is clean and the staff is great with organizing the clothing by color and size. I never leave empty handed! The staff has always been friendly and conversational. The mens clothing section is also reasonably sized, which is worth noting as mens clothing can be harder to come across at secondhand stores. Nothing negative to say about the store, I always enjoy my time there.

Such a large selection of different home goods. Shelves were stocked and full.Check out was easy and fast. My only disappointment was that we could not try on clothes due to covid. I was surprised because some consignment stores are allowing customers to go use the dressing rooms.nWe will come back. ud83cudf1d
