Very nice staff and seems to work well with me. New so only time will tell. so far so good.
Very shady clientele. Took my mothers hearing aids, unwilling, she paid 5,000 out of her pocket, not insurance. Very pushy. Will never return again. Im not sure what this organization is all about. accepted forged signatures. That was nice for a bedridden patient but I think you should look into puting your programs on laptops & do house visits.
In 5 appointments, receptionist wrote the wrong date on the appointment card twice. Tech never once retested my hearing after 2 years, did not know this was to be done until I had enough of their incompetence and went elsewhere.
Very nice staff and office was spotless. Very informative on there products .
