There cigars are very good but there customer service is bad. I made a comment about the confederate flag and not liking it. The sales person/male wasn't happy with me. I just said I didn't agree with it and he had a attitude. He said it was history but I said bad history. Keep a positive attitude is a key for returning business.
Went there for the first time, yesterday. I bought 4 Battleground cigars. I had one in there lounge area. The place is a very classic type of tobacco shop. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. I like to acknowledge the person working that day, Chris. Her customer service and knowledge is a valuable asset to the establishment.
A Brother recommended this shop to me. It’s only 5 mins away from one of my businesses and I didn’t know it!! What a fantastic place! Will definitely be becoming a regular
