Ordered an accessory from CT over amazon. It came missing parts, and when I returned it, I only received about a third of the purchase price back. Buyer beware! Find a more reputable company to do business with.
Nice place. Most power tools will have to be ordered and drop shipped.
I ordered a Rikon lathe thru Amazon from CT. Amazon showed CT had three of the lathes in stock when I ordered. The order went through. On the scheduled delivery day I got a revised delivery date approx 2 weeks later. I got an e-mail today that I had canceled the order. I did not cancel the order. I checked Amazon for the lathe and none showed up. I did get an email from CT offering a substitute. If I had wanted the substitute brand and model I would have ordered it to start with. I ask what kind of deal they could offer me to compensate for the inconvenience. None was offered.
Very happy with CT Power! Michael was super helpful, showing my nephew and I a fun selection of exotic wood pieces for our upcoming cub scout project. Great to know there's a local store with these hard to find items. We'll be back soon!
