I’ve worn Starkey hearing aids and gone to the Enfielf office for almost ten years! I am very satisfied with the staff, currently Allison and Amy and their predecessors! They are so accommodating, knowledgeable and are always so gracious! Allison has the utmost patience! I’m still getting familiar with their Lucia AL model and need directions on some of its wonderful features. She’s always right there with her smiling personality to help me out. I have recommended Hear Again and their hearing aids to others and will continue to do so!
Went for a hearing test at The Hear Again center in Enfield, CT. Found out I had a bunch of wax in one ear. They told me how to take care of it. Their advice worked like a charm!nWent back the next week for a hearing test and passed with flying colors!nAmy at the front desk was super nice and very helpful! Allison was a delight to work with. She is a very knowledgeable hearing specialist!nI would highly recommend their services!!! Thanks ladies for your great care!!!
Allison and Amy in the Enfield office are an amazing team! These ladies are efficient, friendly and have your best interests in mind. Allison is considerate of your immediate needs and schedule. My (George) experience was excellent today! The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I felt very safe, considering the Covid 19 pandemic. I recommend this center to anyone with hearing needs.
