I purchased a used Hustler Rapter and generally when I need something I usually go on line and buy it because it's convenient. I decided to try Bacher and was plesantly surprised with the customer service and help ordering the parts I needed and taking the time to call me when they arrived. They are not as close as I would like but worth the trip for the way they treated me. Thanks guys for all your help and cooperation
We purchase our Hustler mower from Bacher Corporation 16 years ago. What a great investment! The company has serviced our mower and helped us with spare parts throughout the years. They are a local company that can be trusted and relied upon! So thankful for prompt and courteous help in the office. I highly recommend this business.
Horrible customer service. The guy there has a bad attitude. They have had my lawnmower for almost a month now and it’s just a push mower. He lied about the time frame of when we dropped it off got mad at us for calling Troy Bilt asking for a refund and told us to just come pick it up. What the heck kind of business is that. Do Not Bring Your equipment to this place.
