Zeke's Pump Service does great work at fair prices. While having problems with my well and well pump they have addressed the issues quickly and professionally while answering any questions I have had. They've done work for various friends and family in the area as well and have always done excellent work. Would recommend to everyone.
This guy does not finish the job. I’ve been waiting for him to finish my septic tank. He installed it improperly, then came back to address it. While bringing it up to code, he damaged the tank. He did fix the damage he caused but simply backfilled the hole, leaving chunks of the old tank, and then left. My yard is torn up. He said he’d be back a few times but never showed. Now he refuses to answer his phone. This has been ongoing for over a year!nnHe previously did some well pump work for us and now that area is sinking. Shoddy work, unprofessional at best.
Had softener system installed few years back. Craig was prompt, neat and professional. It was new to me so I was lost. He always answers your questions when you think something is wrong... and quickly provides a solution without even coming out to your house. That's how he treats even the smallest customer account. Top Notch Company... and excellent referral resource as well. You wont be disappointed.
Poor poor service. Was scheduled to come to my mother's house to do some work. My mother took time off work to be there while it was done. Not only did this company not show up, but they refused to return my phone calls explaining what was going on. Do not use this company!
