I absolutely loved my consultant she was amazing!!! I found my dress it is gorgeous and it is all that I can think about. The only thing I feel they should do differently especially now with the economy we live in is if some people can't get the credit option you offer they would either have to buy the dress that they've been trying on already and make payments they don't get the option of getting a brand new and that's not right I feel. I feel like you shouldn't be punished for your financial situation. Luckily I was able to pay mine in full so I was able to get me a brand new gown however not everyone has that option. When I worked at Alfred Angelo we allowed our bride's to put a percentage down on the gown and then the rest was due when the dress came in. I just think that's something you guys should think about but everything else was amazing and I'll be back on Sunday for my bridesmaids!
I came to this location with probably a week to go before my wedding (last minute bride). Like many other brides this year I canceled bigger wedding plans and instead opted for something simple and intimate. I was able to clearly communicate my vision to Carmen who helped me find a beautiful dress that was not only under-budget but also appropriate for the change in plans. She was friendly and helpful - helping me share the moment with my mother via video call. Alterations were done by Nghi who gave me advice re the adjustments and explained prices clearly. She was very personable and great with a less traditional entourage (my 10 yr old son).nnDuring this process, a big storm hit and power went out throughout the area. Jackie went out of her way to contact all the brides including myself to ensure receipt of our dresses. She personally brought my dress to another location to be finished. I was truly impressed with this level of customer service. Everyone at this location was phenomenal through a stressful time!
Thank you, Nee!! A simple call to Manchester, because the phone at the Orange store wasn't working, changed everything. The Orange store only made me one alteration appointment for my wedding gown, just a month before the wedding, but you're supposed to have two and much sooner than a month. If I didn't reach Nee, I would have been in trouble. Today with her was even more helpful, she's kind, informative, and lovely.
I was so unsure of what I wanted, liked, color, style and the whole dress shopping idea. However, my stylist was so helpful, she listened and in 1 hour I said yes to the dress!!nnAlterations were went so well!! I felt heard and the feedback offered was helpful with ideas I didn’t think about!nnThanks ladies!
Wonderful experience at David's Bridal (Manchester, CT). Very friendly and warm greeting at the door. I was assisted by stylist Lenore, who paid attention and really listened to what I was looking for (a dress for evening wedding event). After only 2 selections, I found my dress. The price was affordable and I left the store a very happy woman. I will definately return to David's Bridal to shop for a special event dress again.
