This is my local pet store. The staff is extremely friendly, you can tell they're all animal lovers. The store is clean and tidy. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they seem to run out of stuff so fast. I guess this means they're a popular shopping spot, as they are so conveniently located in Manchester, but it also means that I can't always get exactly what I want when I want it.
Knowledgeable Staff! not a big selection of fish.nEDIT:nA bigger supply of fish would be great! also i'm not a big fan of the bettas in bowls, honestly i'd be supporting you guys all the way if you we're the first big pet chain to get rid of betta bowls. either than that you guys rock! friendly staff to.
Always helpful customer service and if a product isn't available at that time, it will be ordered for you
The employees are always so nice and personable. I use to go to the West Hartford one but recently moved back to Vernon so Manchester is a lot closer for me. I have to get crickets a couple times a week for my water dragon and they are one of the only places that aren't always sold out, the major chain stores suppliers are having a cricket shortage and are also a few cents more a piece. Pet Supplies Plus is the best pet store by far, no mater what kind of pet you have.
Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. But smaller store than others that I have been in but still well put together and organized. They do not have a puppy spa where you can wash your dog or a grooming Department. I wish it did have a space for you to wash your own puppy.
