My experience unlike many of the complaints is fast service, and super nice and helpful empoyees. average wait time is 2-5 min. maybe 5-10 if its super busy. No one waits 25min, and yes the drive through has been closed for years. But they have 3 ATM's capable of taking cash and check deposits, if its a super complicated, large amount or multi transaction service that's needed, its better to go inside anyway. For anyone not physically capable of entering the building or mask wearing refusal they will come outside, or to your vehicle to still service you. 8$ fees I can understand being upset, but its free if you have an account and then why not use your own bank for free instead of getting upset? I think the vocal minority entered the review section that's all.
This branch has been open all through out Covid, they have done a good job with the capacties and traffic control.
Only open 6 hrs.already closed most of branches in eastern ct.must be going out of business
I've always had fast, informative and excellent service from this branch and others when I have had to relocate.
Terrible!!!! They took away their drive-thru so if you have to do any transaction besides atm ones and have to go inside be prepared to wait a long time !!!! I waited in line 25 minute to cash s check . Only 2 tellers and everyone else walking around .
