horrible this place maybe 30 people and only one cashier and like three people asking what you want to do and they don't help you at all

The only branch in the area open past 4pm. When am I supposed to do my banking when I work full time days! Only one teller working. I've been waiting for nearly 20 minutes for one transaction. The manager won't help, just keeps going in the back to hide. The line was 14 people deep. This is outrageous! I am considering changing banks because of this experience and lack of convenient hours. This is the epitome of terrible customer service.

Extremely bed experience only one employee is great one in a corner else everybody gets engaged in personal gossip with clients and they looks so dull while working and yes one there is number of customers are in line employee who are supposed to get over desk they simply hang out in a lobby ignoring number customer standing in a linennOnce again horrible experience I wish to give themnNegative STARS
