I gave United Bank a one because I can't go any lower. The local VA branch made a mistake in my son's account and have admitted it was there mistake. However, they claim he's responsible for their mistakes!nI don't know about others, but I am SICK of companies/adults refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I am really sick of big banks putting the screws to people too!nUnited has refused to return calls at this point, so that shows their level of maturity and concern for their customers.nThis is not a bank that I would use!
No 24/7 for questions or problems. Like I can't use my cards there is a problem I want to know why.. I know there isn't a outage cause when I tried to use it I could see the charge that wouldn't go though and then it was returned. So I better not get that excuse on Monday morning. Really nice no gas for work had to call out and tell them my bank did something to my cards and there is no one to answer for it cause they couldn't of done this on a day were I could call them.
United bank is going downhill fast. I used to love them. Going to be looking for a new bank.
