Terrible!!! Long waiting time just to make a deposit. No sense of urgency. Why bother having a security guard when spending great time on her cell phone. Can someone do something about it. Poor customer service.
Its always people in the back and only 1 person on the register.. I absolutely would not recommend this bank
Bank of America has started taking 10% of my mother's veteran's benefit in fees. Bank elsewhere. This is my main branch office and I have (unfortunately) been a client for many years.
The absolute worse bank branch I have ever been to. The service is unbelievably bad and the staff doesn't seem to care. I have both personal and business account with bank of America and have had great experiences with all the other branches I have been to. The staff and manager really need to start valuing the customer.
