Poor, very poor customer service. I asked for a rough estimate on a medium size order (budget about $1000). Sent the logo to be digitized, specified the quantity and materials, offer to have a quick phone call to clear any doubts. In return I receive emails with exclamation signs and lots of attitude. Allen C Petersen, the president sent those email. I'm quite shock how badly he represents his own company. Will not recomend this place for any kind of business.
