This bank does not care about the customers the only thing they care about is money. They don’t care if you’ve been affected by COVID they don’t care. They see it as your personal problem. I will never do business with these money thirsty guys ever again.

Have a couple loans through Intrepid and had such great experience, I switched over my checking and savings accounts, so far that experience has been terrible! Customer service has been poor, drive up window extremely slow and mobile banking a huge pain!!

I have never been trusted with such disrepect from an employee. He was quick to judge and have very rude comebacks. My husband and I are looking to transfer out of this bank.

Over the course of several months I had a couple different issues that I called customer service about. It was difficult to get ahold of anyone, at times I would only be able to get a voicemail to request a call back-this happened for days at a time. When I did get ahold of a person I had to request a call back from a supervisor, or request someone get back to me after doing research. On all 3 separate occasions-I never got a call back. This was months ago, so maybe they're still working on it. Both my husband's account, and my account got fraudulent charges on them within a month of each other. Different accounts, different cards. . . strange coincidence. It took them a month to resolve on of the charges and return the money and the overdraft fee, and it was only done after we had to call them again and remind them. Conclusion-we're switching banks.

Frustrating bank to work with. I work with a lot of banks and have never been treated like that.
