Quadruple check the information that you received before signing up for an account here. I was in need of setting up multiple business banking accounts, and spoke with the bankers at the branch prior to setting up my accounts.nnI was told to speak with Gina who is the commercial liaison for the branch, but after reaching out to her at least four or five times and not receiving a call back, I trusted the information that I received from the branch itself where they said that ACH payments did not cost anything.nnI went online to set up a bank account initially to expedite the process at the branch. When I arrived, they explained that they had no records of my information, even though I received multiple confirmation emails. They successfully set up my accounts, however when it came time to process my first ACH payment, the options to do so we're not clearly apparent to me on their online portal.nnI once again reached out to the branch and they took a few days to dig into it. In short, they came back and told me that it was not free, and that it cost a minimum of $50 per month plus a per transaction fee to do ACH payments. I made it very clear from the beginning that I was transferring to this bank because of the free ACH payments. It's a shame that no one did the due diligence and verification that ACH payments are indeed free before wasting a few hours of my time both online and at the branch to set up these accounts.nnThe staff is all very friendly, but they definitely fell short in this case.
