This was absolutely the most positive experience I've ever had running an errand that tbh I've been dreading. As soon as I came into the store, the staff welcomed me and instantly told me where to go and what to do to maintain order and harmony because I was clearly lost. When it was my time to ship a gift internationally, the staff member was incredibly patient as I fumbled through translating the address, and positive and upbeat. Generally speaking, it felt like the staff actually liked the place they worked at and were happy to be there (could have been the Motown Effect). Made me wonder about applying if my job doesn't work out. I wish I had gotten his name, but he turned my day around, so thank you!! The manager was also incredibly friendly.

I love this UPS store. They are friendly, always ready to help you and quick. I can get in and out and on my way. They also have cute cards, and a big open space if you need to do any prep work for your mailings.
