The two gentlemen who run this ship are always so nice and helpful, I've only come here for printing and copying services but they are very helpful.
Owner doesn’t even know what his answering machine says, cellphone service is basically nonexistent at the location but no fault of theirs. Would rather drive to a more friendly store than go back there
Read all the reviews. The best that I can add is that the customer service is at least consistently poor.
I'm not sure if people are expecting to be asked if they want a cappuccino or espresso while they are sending out a package, but if you want a courteous and efficient experience when sending anything out, then go here. The owner (I'm assuming he's the owner) always knows the best way/most cost effective way of sending something out. Not a question that can't be answered.
The customer service was excellent. We were shipping multiple large boxes for a Bahamas Relief effort. These gentlemen were so kind in helping us navigate the best way to be cost effective. We highly recommend!
