Store is clean, prices are good, and staff are amazing. I always bring my dog with me to pet stores to practice obedience and manners, the staff were so patient to help me practice calm greeting. They have a great variety of specialty products (raw, goat milk, treats, chews). They also had a good amount of stuff on sale/clearance!
Amazing service staff!! Knowledgeable and actually have care towards all animals. They have an amazing point system as well. They have a new rewards where they punch a card for every bag you buy and after x amount you get one free. They always help you bring your animal food out of its too heavy for you to carry. I highly recommend!
Outstanding! Katie helped us with our french bull dog special diet needs. We felt so relieved and confident with the advice Katie gave us. We would differently recommend H3 Pet Supply.

I went there to get dr. Marty’s freeze dried dog food and I bought the wrong kind and my dog wouldn’t eat it so I didn’t have the receipt and the guy was so nice to me when I called up, James took my call and listen to me and he told me to come back in and he’ll exchange the food and he put a bag behind the counter to make sure there was a bag for me to trade because there was only 2 left, I thought that was very thoughtful and he reassured me there would be no problem I’ll be going there from now on for all my dog needs they were better then the other big store’s that don’t treat you with the same attention I recommend this store to anyone that loves their pet and wants the best for them , one more thing to add is this place is the only place within miles or even in the county I think that carriers dr. Marty’s freeze dried food I called dr.martys to find a store that carries their product and this is the only place in area and they had a wide selection of his stuff and I can get it without ordering it online and having to wait thx h3 for having such a variety of food to choose from
