Overall I had a good experience with uBreakiFix. I dropped off my old phone to have the power button repaired. They quoted me a price the day I dropped off the device and they had it fixed a week later. No extras, no delays, no problems. The two young men working there were pleasant and easy to deal with. I thought the price was a little steep but hey, you get what you pay for. I would use this place again and I would recommend it to anyone else.
This is the second time I’ve taken a device to UBreakIFix and this experience was as good as the first time. They are helpful, professional and responsive They replaced a dying battery in my iPhone 6 within 90 minutes and the entire process was simple. I’ve now been to two different locations in the area and both experiences have been great. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
Jamel was a rockstar. He really listened to my needs and he even asked important questions. They showed me other products that would improve my satisfaction with other tech devices I already owned. The other staff members were super nice as well. Definitely going back. Check out “Home Plus”. I don’t know how they could be making money with something so valuable!!
Very professional, right to the point with finding the issues with my phone and fixing it along with a data transfer, all in the span of just a few hours. Great pricing and reliable. New phone works like a charm, would definitely recommend for issues with devices.
