Hawley Lane Shoes

I wear New Balance because I have a bad knee and weak arches in both feet, so as soon as my shoes start wearing, I am in pain. Hawley Lane shoes has a clearance room in the back where you can get last seasons styles for a lot less than the current styles. My daughter and I went to get a new pair. The clearance room was closed, due to covid restrictions, and while the men's section had a good selection of NB running shoes, the ladies had only a small area. We were just going to leave, but I decided to ask for help. Two women at the counter were so helpful, I am sorry I didn't ask their names. They went in back, I told them an 8 wide, or 8.5, and that I have foot trouble. I usually go through 5 or 6 pairs before finding one that's right. I loved the look of all 3 they brought out. The second one I tried on was perfect. Literally instant pain free walking. Put my old shoes in the box and went to check out. Way to go ladies! Knew the right questions to ask and got the right shoes for me in less than five minutes. Great place!

The kids were able to shop good shoes. They loved the unique variety of sports footwears in here.

I just purchased two pairs of New Balance sneakers from the Shelton store. My sales person was Isabelle. She was excellent. She checked my size and found that I needed a wider size than what I was wearing. Amanda also helped out by further explaining the importance of having the right size. These two ladies were extremely knowledgeable and educated me about sizing. I will continue to purchase from Hawley Lane Shoes. They have a courteous and knowledgeable staff committed to their customers.
