The doctors at Ridgefield Family Eye Care are experts in their field and are compassionate and professional. Dr. Bran is amazing with kids! However, the front desk staff has started to disappointment us over the past year or two. They charged me $15 to ship two small boxes of contacts to my house, but they did not tell me about this cost at checkout. They also continue to get my husband's and my son's insurance information mixed up every time we make an appointment, causing confusion with my insurance company and more hassle on my end.
Dr. Simoncelli and my tech were both very thorough and professional. I paid for the extra screening and was pleased that Dr. Simoncelli reviewed all of the eye photos with me.
Called at 8am on Saturday morning about a possible stye in my left eye. Was initially not found in the list of patients and told “are you sure this is your Dr?”. I called back and said yes, I am sure. Once I was “found”, I was told by the receptionist to use hot compresses and call them on Monday.nnI think I’ll just find a new Dr.
I would highly recommend Ridgefield Family Eye Care. I bring my daughter to see Dr. Bran and he is very thorough and very clear in his explanation. It is easy to make an appointment and the hours are excellent, even for the busiest patient. We have been going for three years and will continue to do so.
Could not have had a better experience. Been coming for most of my life and always feel welcomed and comfortable beyond belief. Highly recommended!
