Stopped by here today to buy a few cases of cigars. There was a bright neon sign in the window that said open so I approached the door.nnLong story short there was a sign that said “working upstairs ring for help” next to a bell. Rang the bell at least 4 times NOBODY showed up. So basically the sign said open but REALLY you weren’t open.nnNever going back there and I’m a longtime Ridgefield resident will not be referring you guys.nnBUTTHEADS IN DANBURY FOR THE WIN!

Fresh cigars, good selection, acceptable levels of service, unfortunately hours of operation are limited

I am in shock, I just stopped by this shop and the attendant or owner or whomever asked me to leave the store based on some review telling me I am someone else. I was on my way to my boss and wanted to pick up a few sticks to share. There is something wrong there.
