If you have a fault in your fence, find someone else. Kevin was not only unable to isolate a fault (simple methodology to do so), but he charged me for a new transmitter, spliced into good sections of my buried fence, and never returned to finish the job. He might be fine for an expensive install, but he doesn't have the basic problem solving skills do do anything remotely out of the ordinary. Avoid. And installing these systems is as easy as can be. Especially if you don't need to bury.
I have been a customer for the last ten years and I couldn’t be more pleased with Kevin and his company. The fence is fantastic and the customer service has always been amazing. I highly recommend this company.
I was browsing online in search of electric fence, unsure if i was fully interested. I had someone contact me trying to sell me and give me a price without even coming to see my property. I was disinterested until, Kevin contacted me. Kevin was very informative and willing to come to my house at no charge. He was very professional thorough and put me at ease to my decision. Not only did he spend his time but he called to follow up and check to see if i was happy. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, you will be very satisfied. We used CT Pet Containment in the past and present for our dog fence and find the company to be professional, courteous, and efficient. Kevin, the owner, got the job done on both occasions in a timely and neat manner. You could barely tell that he had installed the fence which was important to us with a newly landscaped yard. Excellent service. We have a happy and SAFE pup:)
I did a lot of research on different companies before deciding to go with CT Pet Containment. Kevin is professional, honest and reliable. The system has worked great and my dog can now spend more time outdoors while I know she is safe. What I like about this system is it warns the dog prior to the 'correction'. My dog has picked up on the warnings and has not had to get corrected since the first week we had the system put in. Any questions I have had, Kevin has been responsive and great to work with.
