Best pet store. Super friendly staff, well stocked with top of the line products. They will have what u need with a smile. I look forward to going to the pet store. Is that weird?
Employees are always very nice and helpful. The bathing place is awesome and very well equipped. Prices are reasonable.
Made an appointment a day before to use the dog wash since it’s by appointment only. Showed up to my appointment to find out I was overbooked. I had to leave and come back in an hour. I’m giving them 5 stars for the way the issue was handled. Jackie who I believe was the manager, handled the problem exceptionally good. And i don’t mean by giving me something for free because I wasn’t looking for that. Her actions were truly from a pro. Kudos to you Jackie. You are an example for many managers in every industry out there.
