I've worked with other AT&T stores and AT&T via the phone and finally found my 'go to' store! I've been having numerous issues with my AT&T account that never could be resolved by a call or visits to other stores. I stopped into the New Canaan store and with the help of Warren & Victoria (Torri) all my issues were quickly fixed from combining 3 accounts into one, removing devices that were no longer active, reactivating a device that was accidentily deactivate, setting up the My AT&T app properly and finding the best service plan for my needs. I am so happy that with two visits, so much was accomplished with patience, good humor and great understanding of their products and services.
Best customer service ever!! Sara and Luis both went above and beyond to help me with my celular service issues. Stayed an hour after closing just to take care of my needs and kept a great attitude while doing so. Made sure that everything was taken care of before I left. I even upgraded my phone and saved over $40 off of my monthly bill. No one had ever showed me those savings in all the years I’ve been an AT&T user. The location is easy to find and good parking. Staff was amazing! Thank you so much.
Warren Hurlock has been a fantastic agent. He has helped me very very much. I cannot express enough my gratitude to him and to ATT for employing him.
