The customer service was outstanding. I ordered a couple moonshines and they turned out perfect. Sophia greeted us with the best personality, biggest smile and and presented amazing character. Totally recommend this cute coffee shop along with Sophia and her colleagues.ndefinitely will be coming back when I’m in town :)
they have great customer service, but no sense of urgency. It should not take 10 minutes to make one drink. Coffee should be quick. Like cracking a red bull and pumping some flavor should be 2minutes tops.
I've visited CMC plenty before here in Kalispell. And we've always had a great experience and coffee! But our recent visit was a letdown. Neither girl inside were wearing masks. In fact, we received a very tepid and borderline rude reception. Also, watching them make our orders, we saw them not wash/rinse some of the cups used for our coffees. Every other CMC we've ever gone to through the years has been spectacular! But this new one was bad.

Service was friendly and pleasant. The young ladies were working quickly to keep up with lines on both sides of the shop.
