New Balance

Have been wearing New Balance sneakers 25+ yrs, usually just order directly thru New Balance. After hearing commercials on the radio for getting properly fitted at the New Canaan store, decided to give it a go. Glad I did. EXCELLENT!!! Great store, nice locationnQuinn was my salesman, took measurements, did foot analysis. Very knowledgeable, very pleased. Thank-you.

Today we were on a mission looking for shoes that would correct shin splints and other foot and leg pains. We were greeted by Rose who we later found out is the assistant store manager. She then brought us through the New Balance diagnostics and was able to ask us question to better pinpoint our troubles. After, she brought out various styles for us to try on and interwove her deep product knowledge and understanding of what our specific needs were. She truly helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was able to find not just one but a couple of great shoes and sole inserts!nnShe is a great example of a brand ambassador— we definitely recommend New Balance New Canaan and suggest you work with Rose! The staff was knowledgeable of their products, very helpful! Will be shopping here for my son from now on. Double wide and wider sneakers available!

Nice store. They have very specific shoe sizes and even wide shoes for children. They have a machine to tell you what type of arches you have. They were able to match a specific type of insert for me because I am standing for majority of the day. Great staff.

Rose was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and devoted to helping both my father and me pick the perfect shoes. She was tireless in helping my dad find the perfect footwear to minimize irritation to an injury and taught me more about my feet in two minutes than I had noticed in 35 years. So thankful that we came here today and that we had a chance to meet Rose. We'll be back!
