BEST home improvement decision we ever made!nWe are a little older and had grown tired of lugging equipment up and down stairs to keep a clean house, but we saw Andy and his team at the Home show at least 4 years in a row, and we overthought the decision. When we called him in May of 2020, he came to our home, did the estimate, and gave us an install date. Our house had some odd support wall characteristics that meant he had to think outside the box to be able to locate the equipment and the access where we wanted it. After only a few hours that day it was installed. Much less expensive than we had imagined; better performance than we could ever have hoped for. If we could give the experience and the product six stars we would. Thank you Gran Central!
Andy did a great job helping us design our central vac system in our remodel. He was extremely responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. He came up with several ideas on how to best implement the system within our budget and the constraints of a remodel. We love our central vac, and would highly recommend Gran Central Vacuum!
Andy installed a central vac 10 years ago in our house and I would recommend this to anyone and do. I have had 0 problems with my unit. I am replacing my hose after 10 years of service, my hose still works but has been pulled to hard to many times and needed replaced. If you are looking into a central vac I highly recommend this unit it’s wonderful. Debbie Zahner
So excited to get central vac in our remodel! Andy was AWESOME! Not only was he quick, thorough, and gave us a very fair price but extremely personable and a person you can trust having you in your house without being home! That is really hard to come by these days. I never thought I would be so excited about something that was tied to cleaning but it is so cool and is really going to make my life easier! If you have ever thought about Central Vac, just do it! You will not regret it and make sure you go with Gran Central Vacuum because they are the best in town!
Gran Central Vacuum was absolutely wonderful to work with. We purchased a home with central vacuum tubing installed but not finished. Andy stepped in, expertly solved multiple issues, and gave us a system we love. Andy was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with.
