I was charged nearly $10.00 for a return that was supposed to be free through Amazon by a grumpy middle aged female employee. Amazon stated there was no need to package or label the returns but I did it anyway for most of my returns except for two and this lady charged me to put them in envelopes. Of course I realize after the fact that I wasn't supposed to be charged! Will not be coming here again. I'll go elsewhere. Highly disappointed!
I needed documents printed out asap! Alyssa at this store really helped me out and was very kind. I would definitely go back for other services if needed.
I went to this store because I needed a notary which turned out to be the store manager. She was very rude from the beginning and not interested in providing professional customer service. Her and her staff were barely interested in helping me. I would recommend the UPS store on the Post Road instead. They have always be courteous, professional, and helpful.
I went to return a package, and I brought the shipping label. They could not scan it, so they printed another label without letting me know that it would be an extra charge ($2.99)The manager was extremely rude to me when I told her that I did not want this charge. She had a nasty attitude, and this is not the first time. I’ll be contacting UPS about this awful interaction.
Outrageous over priced shipping, serious gouging of customers is not the way to go. I do not recommend using this company if you are going through auction to send . half the price or less elsewhere.
